DELIVERIES
Same day deliveries are usually only possible on orders placed before 13.00 hrs GMT. As drivers leave at various times throughout the day to cover different areas, it may be too late by the time your order is received - if this is the case, we will deliver the following day. We do offer delivery by Taxi if required - the additional cost wholly dependent on the delivery address. Specified delivery times are not guaranteed.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS
We deliver across Ireland daily - Monday to Saturday (except for public holidays). Our delivery service is complemented by our florist network of members should this be required. All product prices shown do not include a delivery charge, which is presently set for Greater Dublin, Ireland and U.K. at 8.95 . This will be added to the product price during the purchase process.

Deliveries to the rest of the World (Europe, U.S.A. etc) will cost 13.00 and will be added to the product price. Please note that product styles and prices differ from country to country and should it be necessary, we will advise you of any increase in the product price by email. Deliveries to some distant or remote rural areas may not be possible through the florists network should there be no suitable florist network member close to the delivery area. You will be advised of this by email should this be the case.

TIMED DELIVERIES
Unfortunatley we do not provide a timed delivery service. While every effort will be made to oblige timed deliveries can never be guaranteed.

PRODUCT SUBSTITUTION
All products are subject to availability and April Flowers T/A Flowers By Sarah reserve the right to provide contents and packaging of equal or greater value without notice. Allowances must be made for flowers out of season or temporarily out of stock due to product perishability.

GUARANTEE OF SATISFACTION/COMPLAINTS PROCEDURE We guarantee that every order delivered personally by us will be of GOOD QUALITY, in GOOD CONDITION and to the full retail value ruling on the day of delivery.

Any complaint of dissatisfaction must be notified to us as soon as possible after delivery and always within 48 hours as it is our policy to replace the item with another of equal value should this be required. With regard to deliveries made through our florist network, any complaint of dissatisfaction must be notified to the Florist who delivered the order as soon as possible after delivery.

Special delivery conditions are applicable to certain locations such as hospitals, airports, hotels and ships, where a third party is involved. In such cases a signature of the person authorised to receive the order shall be accepted as proof of delivery and fulfillment of the order
