What do we charge for Delivery? We have fixed delivery rates to make it easier for you. Same day deliveries are usually only possible on orders placed before 12.30 hrs GMT. As drivers leave at various times throughout the day to cover different areas, it may be too late by the time your order is received - if this is the case, we will deliver the following day. We do offer delivery by Taxi if required - the additional cost wholly dependent on the delivery address. Specified delivery times are not guaranteed. We do not deliver on Sundays or Public Holidays. any orders placed will be delivered at the next available date unless other wise stipulated. All major centres Orders received prior to 12.30pm Monday to Friday [excluding Public Holidays] are guaranteed same day delivery. In the case of any unforseen problems or delays in delivery we undertake to notify you promptly. We assure you that we will always go the extra mile to ensure your satisfaction. NB Wherever possible please always try to specify a delivery address where someone will be there to take the parcel from the courier e.g. at work.
