Anyone located in Ireland or in the UK could enjoy Flowers by Sarah's same day delivery service. Customers who would like to avail of this feature are requested to place their orders before 1:00 PM. Same day delivery is guaranteed until 5:00 PM. Deliveries for orders placed may be made by any of our relay partners during peak periods.

Please be informed that any request for delivery made after 1:00 PM on a Saturday and the whole of Sunday are to be attended to on a Monday morning. We are, however, flexible and could accommodate special delivery during the weekend provided the request made is reasonable.

Flowers by Sarah understands your needs and concerns. Should the need for flower delivery during the weekends arise, please call us up at +353 1 830 3707. We will do our best to accommodate your order as long as it is within reason. A surcharge fee will be applicable since weekend delivery employs the services of a Taxi.

Our business is closed during public holidays however we could make our delivery service available upon request. Depending on the requested delivery date and locations, an additional fee with a minimum of €20 will be applicable. Should it prove to be impossible for us to answer to your request, we are willing to arrange an alternative date which will be convenient for you.

We, at Flowers by Sarah, extend our services internationally. We are capable of worldwide delivery through our global relay network consisting of more than 15,000 florists. We can assure you the freshest condition of our products upon delivery which may take up to 48 hours for international orders. For the greater Dublin Area, our delivery fees cost €8.95. Delivery for the rest of Ireland costs €9.95. Any supplementary charges for delivery to remote locations will be made known to you prior to delivery so you can be sure that there are no hidden fees.

The notification for surcharges will first be made through telephone and then via email if the first attempt proves to be unsuccessful. It is essential for customers placing orders through the Internet to input the correct email details since you will be receiving an automated email receipt. Please keep this receipt since it will be used in the event that queries about the order arise. A member of our team will then be confirming the order you had placed.

If you wish to leave detailed instructions for the delivery of the bouquet, please fill out the Special Delivery Instructions field when you place an order. Otherwise, should the recipient be absent during the time of delivery, our drivers will take any of these measures:

• contact the recipient to schedule delivery at a later time

• post a note on the door of the recipient asking to be contacted to schedule the delivery at a later date

• leave the flower arrangement in a safe and covered accessible part of the house such as a garage or porch

• post a note on the door of the recipient about leaving the arrangement with a neighbor if applicable

Due to regional and flower availability issues, there will be instances when floral substitutions are inevitable. In the event that this happens, we endevour to stick to your specified arrangement theme, color scheme, and style where possible. We also guarantee that the flowers we will use for the substitution are fresh and of equal or a higher value.

Unfortunatley due to volume of orders and traffic conditions we are uanble to guarantee timed deliveries. We will of course try to faciliate any requests but it will not always be possible.
